Collabopass needed its new website to appeal to both seasoned and novice fitness customers, and we were up for the challenge. They want a well-designed website for their customers in order to convert them into customers.

Collabopass is a prospective fitness start-up, even though its prior website did not represent this. They approached to us with an old, tough-to-navigate website that made browsing items and obtaining information difficult for their target demographic. We initiated a full discovery process right away, performing user interviews, comprehensive competitor analysis, user persona building, and stakeholder interviews. We learnt a lot from the user interviews, and we were able to use the feedback to generate new optimization ideas.
