Food Fast is an online fast-food restaurant that supplies fast food (vegan, non-vegan) for the entire family. As every food item offered is customer-centric, online clients can customize the fast-food cravings to meet their respective dietary preferences.

Food Fast faced problems converting visitors. Many visitors just browsed the website without inquiring about the food and other items to eat to offer. Customers abandoned the website before learning more about the restaurant’s offers and discounts.

After studying the website analytics and interview the owners, we determined the preliminary causes behind the loss of visitors. Conducting a comprehensive survey, we were able to determine the immediate goals the clients desired to accomplish. With a fresh content strategy mapped and powered with the right digital marketing tools, technologies, and talent, AWD prevented customer bounce rate, making orders come faster than expected. The most help was generated through an improved UI/ UX.
